UptimeUniversity exists to help front-office teams learn and do their jobs well. This policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to everyone who uses the service.
Use it for
- Training yourself and your practice's own staff.
- Asking Vera about real situations at your front desk, without patient details.
- Building and sharing your practice's own SOPs and checklists.
Don't
- Scrape or bulk-extract. Don't use bots, scripts, crawlers or other automated means to access the service, and don't systematically question Vera to collect, reconstruct or republish the training library, its transcripts or its answers.
- Record or download videos. Don't download, screen-record, capture, re-host or redistribute lesson videos or any part of the training content.
- Share sign-ins. Each seat is for one named person. Don't share your password or let others use your account, and don't resell or sublicense access.
- Enter patient information. Don't type patient names, health details or other protected health information into Vera or into practice documents.
- Get around the limits. Don't bypass usage limits, plan restrictions, access controls or other security measures, or probe, scan or test the service for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
- Reverse engineer. Don't decompile, disassemble or try to derive the service's source code, models, prompts or underlying data.
- Build a competitor or train AI. Don't use the training content or Vera's answers to build a competing product or to train or improve an AI model.
- Misuse it. Don't use the service for anything unlawful, harassing, fraudulent or harmful, or to upload malicious code or content you have no right to share.
How we enforce this
The service has usage limits, and we may review patterns such as unusually high volumes of questions or one sign-in used from many places. If we believe this policy has been broken, we may limit, suspend or end access, as set out in the Terms & Conditions.
